Creating a deck

Decks in Pitchstack work like in many other deck builders; they are tied to a hero and a format. You can start a deck from New deck in the account menu, from the button on My decks, or by importing a list you already have somewhere else.

Who can see it

All decks in Pitchstack will default to private (meaning only you can see it!). To allow others to see your decks, you have two options...

• Make it public: You can modify your deck at any time to make it public. This is the easiest way to allow others to see your deck, and allow it to be discovered via the search.
• Share it: You can share decks directly with a user. This can be done by hitting the Share button on the deck page. You can share with anyone who follows you. This will give them direct access to your deck, while keeping it private.

Private is a good place to start, and you can flip it whenever you like. For more on sharing, see Sharing and visibility.

Importing a deck

You can create a new deck by selecting Import deck on the My decks page to import your deck list in from somewhere else.

Decks can be imported in two ways, from Text or from a File.

Text

Importing from text allows you to copy and paste a list. This supports numerous formats, such as the official FAB deck builder, Fabrary, and even Pitchstack style lists are accepted.

An example of a text import list would look like...

1 Fyendal's Spring Tunic

Deck cards:
3 Barraging Beatdown (red)
3 Barraging Big Horn (yellow)

From a file

The File tab takes the same content as a file, either dropped onto the dialog or chosen through Browse files, and exports from most deck sites will work. If one does not, open it in a text editor and paste the list instead.

Cloning a deck

If you see a deck you like while browsing, you can Clone the deck, which will make a personal copy for yourself. On the website the Clone button (C) on a deck page starts it, and you choose the name, which version to copy, and whether the clone credits the original author.

Note: cloning is on the website. The app does not copy someone else's deck.
